Wraparound Care
Wraparound care at Gayhurst consists of Breakfast club, Extended Day club and Specialist clubs. All activities can be booked via Arbor parent portal.
Breakfast Club:
Breakfast Club runs from 7.45am to 9am. The cost is £4.50 per child. Children enjoy a healthy breakfast of fruit, bagels and cereal. They can take part in a wide range of sports activities run by our trained sports coaches and they also have access to arts, crafts and games inside our dedicated space. A reminder that there is no entry to breakfast club after 8.30am.
Extended Day:
Gayhurst's Extended Day runs from 3.30pm There are three options available each day:

*Please note the school gate is closed at 6pm and collection is from 5.45pm.
Extended day dismissal is from the single gate on Gayhurst Road.
During extended day, the children will have a range of activities to choose from, including free play, sports outside, board games, arts and crafts, drama time, and homework time.
Specialist Clubs:
Our specialist clubs take place between 3.45- 4.45pm and are ‘block-booked’ for the whole term. Depending on the club, they cost between £7 and £10 per session. They are booked for the whole term because they are based around a particular project or course. Specialist clubs include gymnastics, ballet, yoga, boxing, singing, photography, chess and Forest School plus many more! The weekly newsletter will give further information when these clubs go on sale.
For breakfast club, extended day and specialised clubs, you must book on the Arbor system. All payments must be made to ensure the booking is confirmed. You can make bookings for extended day up to 1pm each day before the sessions starts.
